Hand Rehabilitation
Focuses on restoring strength, flexibility, and function to the hands and fingers following injury, surgery, or conditions that affect hand mobility, such as arthritis or neurological disorders. Through specialized assessments, therapists identify areas of weakness, pain, or limited movement. Treatment plans are tailored to improve hand function by incorporating exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and dexterity. Techniques may include manual therapy, stretching, strengthening exercises, and functional tasks to improve grip, coordination, and fine motor skills. The goal is to restore independence in daily activities, reduce pain, and enhance overall hand function, allowing individuals to return to work, hobbies, and daily life tasks with greater ease.
